One of the areas that I frequent often with home buyers is St. Clair Shores in Macomb County. This city is diverse and large, offering 3 separate school districts: Lakeshore, Lakeview and South Lake.
St. Clair Shores borders the Grosse Pointes on the south and Clinton Township on the north. If you take a Sunday drive down Jefferson starting at the Pointes (near 8 Mile) you'll be treated to a view of Lake St. Clair almost your entire drive down Jefferson to the north end of the Shores (near 14 1/2 Mile Road).
