Home value market changes

Macomb County is a large county in Michigan containing distinctive cities and townships ranging from the south end of the county (Eastpointe, St. Clair Shores, Warren) to the most northern end (Romeo, Washington Township, Shelby Township).  Lake St. Clair borders the east and Oakland County borders the west.  All of these cities and townships have different types of housing, different services and therefore different market values.  Because I live and work in Macomb County I am exposed daily to the data and regularly educate myself about the market values unique to each of the areas & communities.   As our real estate market changes I am able to provide to you the information necessary for you to make an educated decision regarding the market value of your home.                                                      

First time home buyers  

I thoroughly enjoy working with first time home buyers.  There is nothing more personally gratifying to me than to help those purchasers achieve their dream and be a partner to them throughout the whole process.  

I keep current with the market changes and the mortgage changes in our industry.  One area that I feel is overlooked are the FHA/VA home loans that are still active, still strong and normally a wonderful mortgage option for many people.  Because I keep current on changes to the guidelines for these programs I can forsee any "glitches" that may occur and help make the purchase process less stressful for buyers.
